Move windows set by the building
Beach buildings commonly allow moves only on weekday mornings and stop loading by early afternoon. We book the truck and crew around that slot, so a late start does not cost you an extra hour.

From houses west of I-95 to beachside condos that want a COI for the elevator. Hollywood is two different cities for a mover, and we plan for both.
Hollywood splits in two. West of I-95 you have single-family homes, wide driveways and quiet streets that make for an efficient day. East of the Intracoastal you have condo buildings where management, not the customer, sets the move hours.
We confirm the beach-side building rules the week before your date: approved windows, padding requirements, elevator reservations and whether a deposit is needed. The crew arrives inside the window you were given rather than at the hour that suited us.

Most Hollywood Beach and Hollywood Lakes towers require a certificate of insurance and a refundable deposit from the moving company. We prepare and send both before the date.
Metered spaces, resident permits and narrow beach roads all limit where a truck can stop. We ask which entrance the building uses for moves and stage there instead of circling.
Moving out of Hollywood instead? We also run long-distance moves to any of the lower forty-eight states, quoted as a flat rate with a delivery window agreed in writing.

Send us both addresses and your date and we will come back with a written estimate and an honest time range for the job.
